What: Red, Bike & Blue Discovery Festival offers a 5-100 mile scenic ride through West Volusia County for cyclists of all levels; a children’s bicycle rodeo; live entertainment; food and beverage vendors; cycling safety information; a Veteran’s Day salute; and, historical tours of Lake Helen.

Why: Red, Bike & Blue Discovery Festival launches the Florida Discovery Bicycling Center, a first-of-its-kind training and touring program that includes five-night, six-day vacation-like packages that include accommodations, meals, entertainment and sightseeing along the St. John’s River.

When: Saturday, November 11, 2006, beginning at 8 a.m.; Activities conclude at 4 p.m.
